I have a Proventil HFA (apparently it's the same thing as meig's). It's the same brand I used before, but now the cap has a little symbol for "no CFC". I also use my inhaler ~10 times a year (I don't exercise at all), so I've always depended on free samples from doctors who take pity on me for my crappy insurance plan.

It beats the hell out of the other non-CFC alternative, which I've seen in the Advair Diskus: http://www.advair.com/asthma/if-you-are-taking-advair/using-the-advair-diskus.html. If I could breathe well enough to propel the medicine into my own lungs effectively, I wouldn't need the medicine in the first place!
