Snow

There's a foot of snow blow up on my car, and around 6" in the streets. And yet the city hasn't sent the plows through once. I think they try to save money and only plow at the END of a storm. I don't really get this city. --Ooh! Wait! Hey, the first plows just went through! *grin*

the streets have been clear for hours here, but they just cleared my driveway around 345 and my walkway isnt clear yet. i dont even own a shovel! what's the point of renting if theyre gonna make you shovel your own walk?? :)

My landlord usually plows the lot - and the street too because city plows don't make it down the street we live on - and shovels the lot, and even snow blows the sidewalk, all before I ever get outside. However yesterday he must've been out of town or something as I went out with a friend and the snow was up to my knees on the walkway and I couldn't tell the difference between the walk and the grass and the stairs. And later today I get to try and get my car out...
