Yeha, I don't really listen to rap much... But he doesn't have many original songs so that should've tipped me off before I assumed it was original. :-P

Thinking about it, I don't think Weird Al and Chamillionaire have a large overlapping fan base. I was only familiar with the original becuase of the wannabe thugs in my neighborhood blasting it outside all last summer.

I don't like rap much myself, so yeah, not surprising I hadn't heard the original. Have to say I don't mind that one though. Maybe I'll listen to some more Chamillionaire.

It has a good beat, but I really prefer Weird Al's lyrics.
As far as hip/hop type music goes, my hands down favorite is Nelly Furtado. I love that she sings about topics other than money. And uses an instrumental band.
