The best powerpoint presentation I ever gave was entitled "Pictures of Scientists" and was given at the final class session of a junior lab class wherein we'd been exposed to a bunch of theorems created by people we'd never heard of. So I found a bunch of pictures of said scientists, put each one on a slide, and made fun of their pictures in front of the class.
I think I probably made the only successful joke in the history of the world about the Buckingham Pi Theorem. Also, I made fun of Thomas Young's hair.
