Here's my attempt at a translation, starting with the Chicago Tribune text, using Altavista's Babelfish, and my own brain.
There were a few words that Babelfish didn't translate so I made a stab at them. Anyone know better than I do?
Our Hymn
Verse 1
Oh say can you see, by the light of the aurora
What as much we acclaimed the night when falling?
Their stars, their strips floated yesterday
In the fierce combat in senal (?) of victory,
Fulgor (?)of fight, to the passage of the freed one,
At night decian (declare?): "it is defended"
Chorus
Oh, decid (say?)! It even unfolds his hermosura (spangled?) starred,
On land of free, the sagrada (sacred?) flag?
Chant
It's Time to make to difference the kids, men and the women. Let's stand up for our beliefs, let's stand for our vision. What about the children the ninos (kids) like P-Star? These kids don't have parents, 'cause all of these piss laws. See this can't happen, not only about the Latins. Asians, blacks and whites and all they do is adding and dwells dwells (?), let's not start to war with all these hard workers, they can't help where they were born.
Verse 2
Its stars, its strips, the freedom, we are equal
We are brothers, is our hymn.
In the fierce combat in senal (?) of victory,
Fulgor (?) of fight, to the passage of the freed one,
At night decian (declare?): "it is defended"
Choir
Oh, decid (say?)! It even unfolds his hermosura (spangled?) starred,
On land of free, the sagrada (sacred?) flag?
