Considering how bad I was at art history in high school, this must've been a remarkably easy quiz - and up until the last page with photographers/sculptors, I really did find it easy. AFAI can tell, I got only one wrong prior to that last page (Monet/Manet), and only one right on that last page. The creator of the quiz did pick paintings/artists with distinct styles, but also put the choices as people from the same time period and similar general styles of art, so it wasn't all no-brainers, but still not as difficult as it could have been. I'd've liked to see the answers next to the actual paintings at the end.

Jun. 3rd, 2008 11:42 pmMade by the Aussies, it's a greenhouse gas calculator - it determines how much CO_2 you produce in a year (3 tonnes per year per person is the sustainable amount, 24 is the average Aussie), and therefore when you should kill yourself so you don't use more than your fair share.
I produce 15.0 tonnes of CO_2 per year (according to their calculator), and therefore I should die at age 15.4. At least I'm better than average! :-P

 You got 10/10 questions correct. It's pretty obvious that you don't make basic grammatical errors. If anything, you're annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs. As far as people with bad grammar go, you know they're only human. And it's humanity and its current condition that truly disturb you sometimes. |
This quiz annoyed me b/c there's basically two questions: its/it's, and they're/there/their. There's lots more grammatical errors out there than just those two and it didn't need to repeat the same questions umpteen different ways. Oh well. I know those two homophones.
