Crapple Care Call

Yes, that's more than an hour on hold so far. *sigh* They probably will give me the replacement computer so I can get one that fucking works. Not sure if they'll give me an Apple Store certificate which's what I ended up asking for, or if so how much.

Wireless still not working - after some 30 min of use, fails to detect any network, continues to not detect network until a restart.
No ideas for what else to try.
