Y'know, some people are stupid enough pedestrians without headphones. I almost hit a guy last night crossing through the middle of an intersection. I would've gladly yielded to him had he been in the crosswalk, but he was in the middle of the intersection and wearing dark clothes at night so I didn't see him until I was right upon him. Freaked me out; I'm glad I didn't hit him.
