"That's so gay"

asterrocAnd while I'm on the topic of LGBT-friendliness, linkeroo. A teen uses the phrase "That's so gay" at school, is disciplined by the school (and teased by peers, though it's unclear whehter they were calling her gay, calling her homophobic, or teasing that she was being disciplined), and then the teen sues the school. Thankfully, she lost the suit. Ridonkulous.
