I know that bluetooth can go through walls, but it certainly depends on what's inside the walls. I have a bluetooth earpiece that I use while driving and around the house and it doesn't really lose clarity between walls. Nevertheless, I'm only listening to a human voice and you'll be listening to actual music. Your mileage may vary.
