When alot of speakers are on but not being used they make a noise. But I have weird freak hearing too. I hate working with ultrasonics because my hearing range goes up just high enought hat I can hear them. It sounds like someone is rubbing fingernails on a chalk board inside your head or something equally as unpleasant. So I know how you feel.
