Restoring from an iPod - PC version

asterrocAnyone know of a good free piece of PC software to restore music from an iPod? Minimum would be download the files back onto the computer; ideal would also import them into iTunes, with playcount and ratings, put them in a proper "My Music" file system, etc. etc. I'm looking for my dad, as I myself don't use PCs and so can't recommend something.
