I've actually heard, from more than one unrelated source?!, that the way to probabilistically tell a Korean from the other two major Asian populaces is that Koreans do not have folds in their eyelids, whereas most Chinese and Japanese do. Though to be fair, I think some northern chinese mainland people may not have the fold. I'll have to check.
