I have a Proventil HFA (apparently it's the same thing as meig's). It's the same brand I used before, but now the cap has a little symbol for "no CFC". I also use my inhaler ~10 times a year (I don't exercise at all), so I've always depended on free samples from doctors who take pity on me for my crappy insurance plan.

If I could breathe well enough to propel the medicine into my own lungs effectively, I wouldn't need the medicine in the first place!
