Well, no one has been known to use Gmail to have themselves a revolution recently, so it can stay unblocked. (it's a bit difficult to celebrate a revolutionary figure like Mao without encouraging people to revolt, particularly when you fill the lexicon with phrases and terms about how awesome the revolution was)
