Yahoo now has a service called Yahoo Answers. People ask stupid questions, you give stupid answers. Or good ones, as there's a point system to reward good answers. As far as I can tell though, the points you earn are only internally useful, so in effect, they're not at all. But it wastes time!

Yeap, some of them are clearly "do my homework" questions. Amazingly (to me), some people actually do. I was curious if I could explain one of the "add these fraction" problems, so I found one where someone'd already given the correct answer, and took like three screens to explain how you get it. :-P So much easier to do than explain!
