As if the profiling of and prejudice against all people of Middle Eastern descent weren't bad enough, turns out people can't tell the difference between one non-white race and another.

yeah, like having a Hispanic actor play Khan, who's supposedly from northern India? bah, not like it matters. i just wish people would stop caring about race at all. and then the winged pigs can go ice-skating in hell.

I could not tell what "race" these men actually were. They were refered to as "asian", which can be anything from Siberian to Arab to Thai. (Of course the whole concept of race is a nonsense abstraction anyway.)
