Recipie: Jacket Potato(e)s

Jacket Potatoes are something that T$ and I discovered in London this summer, upon the recommendation of someone he knows. The concept is that the potato serves as a jacket for some kind of animal filling, in single-person portions. As such, there are two parts to any jacket potato.
