Calling all geeks! I am looking for bouncy science music. Things such as Oingo Boingo - Weird Science, TMBG - Why Does the Sun Shine, or a billion things by Jonathan Coulton (thanks [livejournal.com profile] the_xtina for leading me to him!). While Christine Lavin - Planet X fits the science theme, it doesn't fit bouncy, so it's iffy. The reason for this request is that every Halloween I throw a big bash, theme usually picked by August. Recently I've been stuck on the idea of having this year's theme be Science, but I don't know if I can pull it off music-wise.

So if you have favorite science songs, please list them. Thanks!
After months of moping that my printer was dead, but not thinking it worth it to buy a new one, now that it's summer and I don't really need to print things, I finally broke down and got a new printer. It's a Brother HL-2070N B&W laser printer - N stands for Network, so I'm sitting in my bedroom watching Peeper eat, and I just printed out directions to a friend's house in the living room. EEeee! :-D Truth be told, summer actually *is* a good time to buy a printer, as I won't have as easy access to a campus printer.

It was really easy to set up, I recommend it. AND, I learned that Staples gives an $8 credit if you bring them empty toner cartridges, and I think some amount for ink cartridges too. Yay.
