Robot saves bird

Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto! An Australian building collapsed after a tunnel was poorly built under it. Trapped inside was Tweety, a hand-raised cockatiel, but the building was too unsafe to allow anyone, not Tweety's owner, not rescue workers, inside. Only a remote controled mine sweeper bot was allowed in, and it did safely bring out Tweety in her cage. Her human Karen Bruce says she's taking Tweety straight to the vet for a checkup, but that she seems ok and untraumatized so far. Yay! Happy ending! :)
