No spoilers: It was kinda funny, but it's not really worth seeing.

It was SO painful b/c of all the crude humor. I was expecting "look at all these stupid Americans!" What I got was "Candid Camera goes R-rated." I felt so bad for many of the people in it, like the Jewish Bed & Breakfast owners, and the ex-Senator, and the people in the elevator and at the business conference they ran into, and at the church (yes, really, I respect religion). There were a few funny moments, like the length of the blacked out box, or that it wasn't until he left NYC that he saw gays and Jews, but for most of the movie I had my hands over my eyes b/c it was so shocking I couldn't bear to watch it. If you remember the crude humor in Scary Movie (1), a lot of it will be familiar to you.
I felt bad for the chicken. Poor cute chicken in the bag. He should've cooked it when he was sleeping outside the building overnight. :-P I didn't stick around through the credits to see the disclaimer that no animals had been harmed, that would've made me happier than most of the rest of the movie.
In conclusion, it's not really worth paying money to see in the theater. (If you have to, do NOT sit in the front row, it's worth your sanity.) It's going to lose a lot on the small screen too, so don't rent it. If you're up late at night and your choices are Borat, public television, and the Home Shopping Network, you're probably best off with HSN, then Borat, then public television, but it's a close call.
