Most of these haven't been webcomics that I personally read, but I do not like the vindictiveness and arbitrary nature of the process. If this were a contract, the webcomics would have grounds to grieve, and would probably win.

Deltionists and vandals are the two biggest reasons I lost interest in contributing to wikipedia. Why spend your time working hard to create something if chances are someone is just going to come along and arrogantly wipe it out of existence?
