Recipe: Pasta Salad

Instructions - ingredients are built in.
* Cook 12-16 oz of curly pasta
* Hardboil 4-6 eggs, then chop
* Chop 2 carrots, 1 tomato, 2 stalks of celery
* Mix all in a bowl with the following seasonings (quantities to taste): 1/4 cup Italian dressing, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon garlic, black pepper, assorted herbs.
* Chill and serve room temperature or cold. Serves 2 with leftovers.
