Monk music

Having just re-listened to the Anathem (Neal Stephenson) audiobook with its really nice monkish music at each chapter start, I really want to listen to some monk music. (I'm sure there's gotta be another name for it, but I can't think of it.) Anyone got a link to free downloadable monk music recordings, or barring that anyone want to recommend some that I can buy?

Edit: Is it Gregorian chants that I'm thinking of? I want polyphonic, male choir, acapella, Latin.

I remember they advertised something that sounded like Gregorian chants on television at some point. I would check the library for any copies they might have, rip them off the cd's onto your computer - should be something available that fits the type of music you're looking for. I'm trying to think of some movie soundtracks that are worth recommending, I'll have to get back to that because nothing is coming immediately to mind.

I am a slave of the culture of immediacy. I want instant gratification! Walking to the library is too time consuming/arduous! :-P
