Brokeback on Ice

Well, not quite, but it is 6 men ice dressed as cowboys skating to Elvis' "A Little Less Conversation." I really like the choreography as it's defying the traditional thing how the skaters try to create the image that they are not bound to the ice but instead are floating above it - the same illusion is created in traditional ballet. This one though, they use the ice, rolling on it, sliding on their knees, and so on, much like some modern dance uses the floor instead of trying to be free of it.

Ok, enough philosophizing on dance. I needa pack for that wedding.
