Jocks and rape

A thought-provoking discussion. One line that struck me was "And many [male athletes] believe in 'accidental rape,' that is to say rape that happens in the heat of a moment, often fueled by alcohol, which they feel no one should be blamed for." The comments so far (only 7) are interesting too.

What I find interesting is not what the root cause of rapes by jocks is, but what people perceive is the root cause.
