Curb, Goodwill, or Freecycle?

I've got some junk to get rid of, probably useful to someone other than me, and I'm trying to decide the best way to get rid of it.

Sticking it on the curb with a FREE sign is the easiest, and I've done it in the past for appliances, but the drawback is that people may be reselling it for personal profit or drug habits. The closest Zoot's cleaners to drop clothes off for Goodwill is a couple miles away and out of my way, and I think they only take clothing, but the sorting process employs and people for a job, and the money from reselling it will fund various Goodwill programs. And it's a secular group with no political agenda, unlike similar organizations I will not name *cough*Salvie's*cough*. Freecycle would involve time spent online making contact with a specific person to take it, and theoretically puts me a mild risk by meeting the person, but it promotes a community of people reusing goods. Craigslist could do the same for me.

Any of you use any of these? What do y'all think?

• Popcorn-popper (oil-based, needs cleaning and fixing)
  
• Dart board (needs hanger)
  
• Answering machine
  
• Various clothes (size Small top, Medium bottom)

Free posting on CL. When people contact you, agree on a time for you to leave it outside for them to pick up, when you dont have to be there or meet them.

If someone resells it for profit, well, they're doing the work for the profit, so why not?

Using Craig's list as opposed to Freecycle would take the same effort on my part, but Freecycle is a community dedicated to the "reduce, reuse, recycle" creed. One worry I have about people reselling it is that some of my items aren't in great condition, and I don't want people fraudulently reselling them as perfect condition.
