Why doesn't MS Word have a hotkey for Paste Unformatted Text?

Word X: Tools -> Customize -> Keyboard -> Edit -> EditPasteSpecial -> Control+Shift+V -> Ok

Word 2008: Tools -> Customize Keyboard -> Edit -> EditPasteSpecial -> Control+Shift+V -> Ok

OH! That's not the same as a Macro at all. Yeah that works for me.

I still wonder why the Macro didn't, since this way I still have to pick "Unformatted Text" in the menu, but I can deal.
