Why doesn't MS Word have a hotkey for Paste Unformatted Text?

I macro it to Ctrl-Shift-V on every computer I use. Drives me crazy otherwise.

That would mean you are probably pasting from outside of word. Why on earth would you ever want to do that?????!??!!!!111
