Okay, I'm stumped. I followed the directions in the help file and it didn't work, using the newly assigned keyboard shortcut gave only a normal Paste, not an unformatted Paste. It very clearly is assigning Paste to the new keyboard shortcut, b/c I tried a keyboard shortcut that isn't assigned to anything - I chose Ctrl-Shift-V, which on Macs does nothing and even Ctrl-V doesn't even do anything (Command-V does Paste on Macs), so for some reason it's assigning Paste not unformatted Paste to the new key shortcut. Any ideas?
Tools -> Macro -> Record New Macro -> [name it] -> Assign to Keyboard -> Control+Shift+V -> OK -> [macro starts recording] Edit -> Paste Special -> As Unformatted Text -> OK [stop recording]
Yeah, that's exactly what I did, and then when I used it it was normal paste, not paste unformatted. *shrug* Oh well, what I've got works well enough, thanks for the help.
