Wiki needed
Jun. 1st, 2010 10:42 pmI'm looking for a wiki that allows entering and editing complex math formulae (like Mediawiki, I don't care if it's WYSWYG or LaTeX-like), but hosted on their servers (like PBWorks) for an online Physics course that I'm developing for the Spring. My goal is to have the students collaboratively write their own outlines and study sheets.

What would be an example of a complex math formula?
[eta] Wikia seems to work. I made one there for gaming session logs and details, so I made a temp page for you:
http://locus-aliyoth.wikia.com/wiki/Temporary
(Some thermodynamics thing I got from here.)
This is what I typed into the raw code to get that:
<math>\Delta L = \alpha L_0 \Delta T</math>More on this-all is here. Wikia is based on MediaWiki, so if you find something elsewhere that's based in MW, should be ported over.
