Open Source Adobe Acrobat Pro?
Jan. 2nd, 2009 11:00 pmI'm looking for a free and/or open source program that will let me edit .pdf files and save them partially filled in and continue them later. Any suggestions?
Edit: I use a Mac.

Date: 2009-01-05 12:43 am (UTC)However, while I haven't used LaTeX in a while, it's very easy to write files in LaTeX and then use any number of freeware tools to generate PDFs (either directly or by going through PS first) from that. You can then continue to update the source file and regenerate the output file as needed. I used to do this all the time. (On a Mac. If you decide that this is what you want to do, I have some free tool suggestions for you.)
